How Should Testicles Pain Caused By Trauma Be Treated?

hi, i am 19 years old, and i know this may sound like a joke, or might be funny, but about 4 days ago, my little brother had kicked me in the testicles, and i am still having pain, it feels like im being kicked in the balls non stop everytime i move or do anything. Should i get it checked out because its concerning me and it hurts really bad.

1.There is nothing funny in these, number of patients come with the same complaints, trauma accidental hit,fall and so on. So don't worry.
2.Yes you need to see your GP, as it needs to examine and take needful action.
3.An ultrasound scan will be very helpful to see the status - presence of any internal bleed, good blood supply or not, any fluid collection and so on.
4.In case of simple inflammatory changes treatment will be antibiotic course.
5.Any other findings - treatment depends on what they find. AND AGAIN IAM SAYING GET MEDICAL HELP - IT CAN BE AN EMERGENCY IN MANY CASES. Good luck.
