Don t know if I can take it, I can t cut it, it s a gel. Can I take it once a week, if I don t have my multiple vitamin that day?

How Should Vitamin D3 Supplement Be Taken?
Hello Thank you for trusting HCM The Recommend Dietary Allowance (RDA) of daily vitamin D is: 600 IU for children and adults under age 70 800 IU for adults older than 70 400 IU for infants. Many foods have vit-d (fatty fish, egg yolk, cheese, some fortified foods like soy milk, cereals etc.. You can take as per RDA. But dosage will change according requirement in different health problems..
