Endocrinologist 's  Response
Brief answer: Every month

Detailed answer:

Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Thyroid function tests has to be closely monitored during pregnancy as chance of miscarriage is higher in hypothyroidism. I suggest you to do a thyroid function every month in case of hypothyroidism during pregnancy.

If I were your treating physician I would have increased your thyroid medications to keep the TSH below 2.

Good luck

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
