How successful is Folfox in shrinking an unusual presentation of a large colonic mass which has spread to the liver in a very healthy 75 year old female (works, drives, takes only a small dose BP med) -- colonoscopy biopsy was negative - probably growing from outside colon lining -- genetic mutation similar to that of Lynch syndrome, but since this is the first cancer, likely not Lynch Syndrome.
