HI IM THENMOZHI, AGE 26 NOW IM SIX MONTH PREGNANT.... I MEET SMALL ACCIDENENT 1 MONTH BEFORE... THAT TIME I HAD BLEEDING PV FOR 4 DAYS... AFTER CHECKUP DOCTORS SAID I HAD PLACENTA PREVIA .....THYROID PROFILE ALSO RISED....T3 SHOWS 238 ngms T4 SHOWS 14.7NGMS TSH NORMAL 1.27; I FEEL MY BABY LL SUFFER SIME NEURAL DEFECT; I DECIDED TO ABORT LEGALLY NOW.... WHAT CAN I DO?

Your case is justified for medical termination of pregnancy.
Consult Obst. in government hospital with all reports you have and convinced for medical abortion.

At 6 months there is no medical abortion and it will be like a proper delivery.The main thing you said is that you fear that your baby will suffer birth defect so was it told by a doctor after confirming it with sonography or is it just because you feel so you want to get aborted.If you have not done sonography i would suggest you to get the scan done for birth defect and then consult a Gynaecologist for opinion and treatment.
