Understand your concern
First registered your problem to gynecologist for safe and successful abortion as it confidential process. Mifepritsone plus misoprostol is safe for abortion but should be used under observation after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days. Do not take at home ass self medication as risk of complication are high.
By method, 600 mg mifepristone is followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist, sometime extra dose may be required that decided by gynecologist. Abortion process start with bleeding and cramps after 30-50 minutes of taking misoprostol pills.
USG should be done after 14 days for confirmation of retain product for safe practice. Rest, analgesic and healthy diet with iron supplements should be taken after abortion
