How To Administer Mifepristone Tablets For Abortion?
Hello doctor. I did a pregnancy test a few hours ago and it turned out to b positive. I could get hold of an abortion kit right after that. I swallowed the mifepeistone pill about 15 hours ago. I was wondering if it is safe to use the other 4 misoprostal tabs before 24 hours. Also plz advise on best method for taking the 4 pills. Thank you

The use of both Misoprostol and Mifepristone improves the rate of complete evacuation of uterine contents. Mifepristone is to be taken first.
Generally 48 hours after Mifepristone 200mg, Misoprostol 800mcg should be taken vaginally/buccally every 3-12 hours (2-3 doses).
You may experience nausea/vomiting,diarrhoea ,abdominal crampsand vaginal bleeding in the next 24 to 48 hours.
