How To Administer The Mifeprin Kit?
Hello..
I purchased mifeprin kit for my girlfriend. The pharmacists told to take 1 mifepristone tablet on an empty stomach, then 2 misoprostol tabs the next day on an empty stomach, again 2 misoprostol tab the next day. All tablets orally.. Is it the correct method?
In the note that came with the tabs, they say to take 1 mifepristone tablet and after 2 days take all 4 misoprostol tablets as single dose vaginally/orally. They don't say if it is before or after meals. Which one should we follow?
Can she take the tablets at night? After dinner?

First of all I would like to say that Mifeprin kit can be only prescribed by the doctors, because it is not safe using it without consulting an Obstetrician-Gynecologist. However, by using Mifeprin kit can be obtained the termination of pregnancy within 49 days of conception.
Actually, the way I would advice to take the tablets is 1 mifepristone tablet on an empty stomach, followed 2 days (48 hours) later by 4 misoprostol tablets as single dose (at once). After four to six hours the bleeding will start, in order to provide the expulsion of the fetus.
My recommendations are to take the tablets in the morning, before eating, in order to have the day in front for any possible complications. After 2 weeks, it is advisable to make an ultrasound in order to confirm the termination of the pregnancy.
