How To Alleviate Chronic Headaches And Ear Pain?

Hi! How can I lessen the pain or make it go away? My doctor said it would go away on its own. This started weeks ago with headaches, the earaches etc. Then can. 3 weeks ago it started with extreme pain, especially at nights. I had very I ll fitting dentures, got a new set 2 days ago. This set fits great. Thank you ever so much for any answers you can give. Et. Hi! How can I lessen the pain or make it go away of tmj? You need to Consult your doctor for complete clinical assessment including an ear exam and other routine tests according to the findings, in the nearest medical center. Besides, you have to do the following:

1- Give your boy enough sleep at night.
2- Avoid anxiety and stress.
3- Drink enough amount of water, as dehydration can lead to a severe headache.
4- Apply cold compressors to your head to relieve your headache.
5- Take over the counter analgesics such as Ibuprofen.
6- Drink herbal preparation every day.
