I ve also have been menstrating for 3 months now light headed dizzy very tired pale skin pain in legs hands help pleae
Regarding your neck pain , continue the warm compresses, switch Tylenol with Ibuprofen drug three times per day. Add Deep heat cream three times per day for two weeks.
As for your prolonged menstruation, I am afraid that you are anemic which cause you dizziness and light headedness, so check your hemoglobin level and correct the anemia.
Further, investigation and assessment is required to determine the cause of your abnormal menstruation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Mahmoud Abouibrahim
