Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have regular 28-30 day cycles, you had the intercourse during your safe period and hence have almost no chance of conception. Yet, if you have any doubt, you can get proper clarification by performing an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres at least ten days after the intercourse. This can be followed up with a trans-vaginal sonogram a week after your expected period, if you miss it. Please use regular contraception in future to avoid such issues. Hope this helps.
