How To Avoid HPV Transmission After Sex?
I am a 23 year old male, and I recently started seeing this 22 year old young woman. Before we started anything physically, i suggested getting STD tested (just to be respectful and safe). I am clean, but she tested positive for HPV. I have an extremely strong immune system, no diseases or health conditions of any kind. I am in great physical condition, not overweight or lethargic, nothing. We'd already planned to use condoms for any sexual intercourse that might have happened. I understand that condoms do not fully protect against the transmission of HPV.
If we proceed with a standard sexual relationship, i understand i will almost certainly contract HPV.
Should i consider getting the Vaccination for HPV? Should i just accept the fact that a sex with her would infect me with HPV, and proceed anyway, then hope my immune system will clear my body of it in due time if we break up?
What is the best course of action for a male in my position, with a young woman whom i am quite emotionally attached to? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Complete vaccination is definitely indicated and advisable as a protective measure before you engage in any sort of sexual activity with her.
Vaccination comprises 3 doses of quadrivalent vaccine against the most common types of genital Hpv (i.e type 6, 11, 16 and 18 Hpv) and would take 6 months for the entire vaccination schedule to complete.
Hpv type 6 and 11 causes 90% of genital warts whereas Hpv types 16 and 18 are precursors of genital cancer in males (penile cancer) as well as females (cervical carcinoma); vaccination would prevent these possibilities.
Therefore vaccination makes sense and I wold strongly suggest before you embark on any physical relation with her.
