How To Avoid Eye Power Increase?
hi ,i m wearing a spect of -5.75 in left eye and -6 on the right..my age is 22 and height is 5 10..could i be able to ajust this power and not allow it to rise...it's increasing every six month or year when i started using spect when i was 15 when it was -1.5 at the start..what would be the power when my power stabalizes later (plz mention approx)..i would be very thankful to u ,if i get an answer

your power will stabilize when you reaches the age 25. it is not very far. after stabilization you can opt for contact lens.
