How To Avoid Hitting Things And Falling While Sleeping At Night?

hello I have a problem with hitting things in the night and falling out of bed..the last time it happened I fractured my eye sockit and brused the side of my face. is there help for this? i AM 25 years old and it has been happening for several years now.

Hitting things and falling in sleep can be a symptom of REM sleep behaviour disorder.

I would suggest you to go for a sleep study for the proper diagnosis.

Drugs like clonazepam and melatonin (prescription drug) can help in this.

Also, please keep your surroundings safe.
Do not keep thibgs around your bed in night which can hurt you.
Lay down some soft carpets around your bed so that you are not hurt if you fall down.
