General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi,
Using condom is good to prevent sexually transmitted infection. Better to avoid rough sex to prevent injuries and secondary infection. Wash your genital area before and after sexual activity. Also better to avoid sex with any person having multiple sexual partners. These all help to prevent getting infection to some extent.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nishad BN, General & Family Physician
