How To Avoid Liver Spots Not Age Spots Happening All The Time ?

I have 'liver spots' not age spots. I get these when I bump something. I have liver 'problems' and some how I got real thin skin out of the deal. they do go away with time but I would like to quicken the time and avoid this happening all the time. Vicki Thanks

This should consist of unrefined food such as whole grain cereals, bran, honey and lentils; green leafy vegetables, like spinach, beans, lettuce, celery, asparagus, carrot. Individuals suffering from diverticulitis should increase the amount of plant foods they consume to get more fiber in their diet.
