I find myself being off food when im struggling with my weight or i get stressed. Recently i started the gym to help me with my weight and the way i see myself. This started to work and made me feel better but im really stressed at work and this is not helping my eating. I want to change the way i see food. I use to comfort eat when i was stressed. so when i get stressed i stay away from food cause im scared i will over eat. Please help me. I dont kno what to do anymore

In that case you should take rest for around one hour and then eat. You must learn to eat (drink) liquid food when you are stressed and mentally need food. Don't be obsessive.
