Hi,

Duoluton is an oral contraceptive and should be started from the 5th day of menses, to be taken regularly without a break and at a fixed time of day until the pack is over. After stopping you will get bleeding within 8 days, now you have to start with the fresh pack again from 5th day onwards.

You can continue it for the months you wish for contraception (maximally for 3 years.)

If you wish for the baby after one year and you are fit for being a mother, you can stop the pills after one year, conception is possible within 3 months of stopping.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
