i am smoking to goto potty for the last 18 years now am 34 n i want to quit this habbit i tried n i got constipated for months.is there any way to avoid this

There are safer ways to treat constipation. Ways to avoid constipation:

1)Diet: Include a lot of vegetables, fiber - greens. Drink enough water.

2)Medications

3)Identify the cause
