How To Break Hymen During Sex?

Hi I recently had sex with my boyfriend always knowing that I had a septate hymen but during intercourse it was never a problem, we have only done it a few times and the last time we changed position and he broke my Septate Hymen, but only on one side, so the other side is still attached, where can I get it removed? I m from the UK and live in West Sussex, should I go to my local surgery or hospital? Thank you

Well come to HCM
Actually hymen tears completely, because of the consistency and tenderness it get tear in whole portion and no need to remove this because nothing would left there that can be removed, but of course this can be repaired, you must be under the wrong impression as long as the anatomy of hymen is concern, it is whole structure and not divided in two parts, like left or right, hope this information helps, take care.
