How To Calculate Conception Date During Pregnancy?

I have irregular menstruation and was on treatment for infertility. Now I am carrying. My LMP is July 27, 2014. My follicular study shows delayed rupture, day 21 ( Aug 16, 2014 ). Plz help me to calculate my approximate weeks at present, since my baby is small and weighs less for gestational age as per LMP.

See it is very easy to calculate the date of conception using the date of last menstrual period. In your narrative you have mentioned the date of last menstrual period is July 27, 2014. The formula to calculate the expected date of delivery is to add 9 months and seven days or simply 280 days to the first day of women's last menstrual period. If your LMP is July 27, 2014 your probable date of conception is 4th May, 2015. So at present it is roughly 38 completed weeks of pregnancy which can be confirmed by doing sonography.
