How To Calculate My Ovulation Dates?
hi i have pcos i am asked to eat dubagest from 16th day to 25th day, and from the 3rd day to 7th day i am on siphene..doctor advised me to have follicular study on 2nd day right ovary is 2.8x 2.2x1.8..and lt ovary 2.9x2.2x1.4. could you please tell me my ovulation date.

Ovulation day is usually on the 14th day of menstrual cycle but it can be on day 13 or day 14.
