How To Calculate Ovulation Date?
I was on the depo shot for about 3 years. My last shot was at the end of March and I was due for the next one between june 12-26th. I had a light period on July 13 that lasted for about 4 days. My question is when was I ovulatating? or when is my next ovulation period?

As you mentioned that you are taking depo shot on various dates and for 3 years . Actually OVULATION date is counted and based on menstrual cycle date .
If menstrual date ( commencement of period i.e bleeding ) on 12th June and period is 28 days ( regular ) OVULATION occurs on 26th or 27th June .
This is an example and calculate like this and you will know your ovulation date .
