How To Calculate Ovulation Period Using Ovulation Calculator?

I trying to Conceive for a Child and I am 30 years old ,but In December my period date is 12/07/2014 and in January 01/05/2014 but my next period came on 01/31/2015 so I calculated for Ovulation in WebMD After entering Dates in Ovulation Calculator the answer I got is I am not Ovulating is that Correct?
