Hi
From April 21 to June 1 means your cycle took 41days. That was pretty long. However, it doesn't mean you are not normal. If the menses you saw on June 1st was not some spotting but real menses, then i will consider June 1st as the first day of your last menses and this is the date that is important to us medical Doctors. The real date of conception does not coincide with this date, it is averagely about 2 week after this date in a 28 days cycle. From the dates you have given, it shows your cycle is not regular making the calculation of the exact date of conception difficult.I will say the age of your pregnancy will always be calculated from the first day of your last menses. That is the date you should put in your head. This date will be useful to estimate your expected delivery date not the date fertilization took place. Also, even in a regular cycle, fertilization date can not be given with certainty because you will not always know when the egg will be released. That is why it is a range that is given as fertilization interval.
Hope my answer will help you understand which date to consider
God bless you too
