How To Calculate The Ovulation Date?
While trying to conceive I need to know when is the best time for intercourse. I’ve done research and what I have found it says to have intercourse 3 to 5 days before ovulation. I know the ovulation window is six days. What I’ve also read says to have intercourse the first day of ovulation. While taking ovulation test strips is your first day of ovulation when it shows positive on the strips?

Sperm can live in the female genital tract for up to 5 days so having sex before, during and just after ovulation may all result in pregnancy. Having sex several times during that period gives you the best likelihood or pregnancy.
