Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
Generally progesterone injections cause irregular vaginal bleeding in many women and this effect will last till the effect of the injection is over and unfortunately there are no pills that can help stop it till the effect of the injection wares off. On the other hand it is very important for you to have a blood test to rule out anemia (test is called CBC) because the symptoms you are experiencing can happen with anemia as well so please see your doctor and explain your symptoms and concerns so he can order CBC and treat you promptly.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
