How To Clear Out Necrotic Trophoblast Post Abortion?
HI,
i took pills for abortion but the ultrasound showed some necrotic trophoblast still present. my gyn then prescribed me sysron-n for 10 days once a day from 10th oct to 20th oct, but today i had some fresh bleeding. she advised me to increase it to twice a day but the bleeding has stopped now. i thought i was getting my periods because i wa told that the remaining tissue would probably come out through the next period and i may be saved from D&C. can you guide me whether this is a cause for worry?

Understand your concern
Sysron contain nor ethisterone and used to induce bleeding in absence of pregnancy and low progesterone.
Yes it will come out with period.
You need USG follow up to know about the clearance of necrotic trophoblast.
If it will still there should be removed by D & C. or by using misoprostol.
Take healthy diet with iron supplements.
