How To Clear Up The Lungs And Cure Persistent Cough Post Smoking Withdrawal?
I was smoking about 10 to 12 cigarettes a day since mid of 2008 and I have quit smoking yesterday. I have bad cough with sputum since past 15 days and had nasal congestions as well and I sense an unidentified smell which only I have felt as if it is in my throat or chest. Also whenever I get sputum or cough, I swallow it. What shall I do to get it out oof my body? I have frequent cough. I took cetrizine for three days and then I took cefixime for 6 days OD. I am relieved from nasal congestion but cough is still a major problem. I am slim, my west size is 29, body weight is about 55kgs and my height is 5 6 . I am worried about my health. What should I do to help clean my lungs and get rid of cough and live a healthy life and will the smoking of my past create any sexual problem? I am not married yet. I am very much affraid and serious with my life now. Please help!
