How To Come Out Of The Emotional Exhaustion And Constant Stress In The Family?

Hi, I'm feeling fatigued and emotionally exhausted. I went through rough period in my life where I was under constant stress for a period of time. I usually bounce back from stressful periods, but this time is a little diff rent. It's like my motivation is gone. Could I have a chemical imbalance of some kind and is there anything that I could be prescribe to help me right this imbalance and bounce back?

Firstly i would like to tell you that chemical products will help you bounce back but they will have their side effects so i would suggest you to first try out the things like take a break from your daily routine and go on a small vacations , do some activities that you like as in travelling, photography etc. etc. . Try spend time in the company of your loved ones, speak your heart out to your self loud enoug, try to divert you mind and many such things. But still if it doesnt work for you i would sugesst you to vist a psychiatrist in person and get some good suitable medication.
