How To Completely Cure Oily, Flaky Dandruff?

Hi dearsir, good morning. My name is Mohan rao, I am 46 year male living in Vizag. I am suffering from oily greasy kind of dandrff which sometimes is also flaky. I have this problem i guess since 3 or 4 years now. Previously i use to apply nizoral shampoo but i noticed some side effects and moved to ionax t shampoo. Which is working fine as long as i keep on using the same . Kindly let me know if there is any permanent solution 5o this problem

I can understand your problem, If I would be your Doctor then I would surely ask for complete clean shave of your head, because in dandruff only the scalp being treated while the hair being left like this only, all the causative organism goes towards the hair once you stop the therapy they agian infects the scalp, so it is advisable to cut down all the hair from head, then try "Povidone" shampoo apply it on the scalp leave it there at least one hour then wash it, do it for seven days, your dandruff will go away soon have nice day.
