As per your query you want to quit tobacco completely and get rid of that, i would suggest you to find out what causing trigger in you. Certain triggers like company of particular people, certain environment you can avoid for few days to get rid of that. Make your mind completely and stay focused on that. Keep reading adverse effects of tobacco.
Try to indulge yourself in activities like walking, jogging,
yoga ,
meditation so that you mind stays deviated. Use non tobacco products such as mint, tea or clove leaves. You can mix them with very small quantity of tobacco as well initially like 3:1 ration and can chew and later on can chew only mint leaves.
Cayenne is very effective in reducing craving for tobacco because of its antiinflammtory property. Take food rich in
vitamin A, C and E. Chew sugarless gums, hard candies.
If still your craving keeps on appearing use
nicotine patches for some time and then quit.
