How To Conceive Successfully?

Hi Ma am, my 1st delivery was a normal one and blessed with a healthy baby girl in jul 2009 at the age of 23yrs. The 2nd pregnecy we terminated after 6 weeks in Apr 2010 as it was too early to have a second baby. We tried for the 2nd baby in October 2014 and finally on 19 January 2015 it was confirmed to an ectopic pregnancy. Then I underwent Right salpingectomy on the 6th week of pregnancy. Now I Want have a second baby. I consulted a Gynecologist and she advised us to go for a try and visit her when I shall miss my period. I am quite afraid. Aren t there any technology to confirm that my left felopain tube is in healthy condition and this time I will conceive successfully. Please answer me as I am much worried. Thank you very much.

Hello,

There are examination methods to show if your left tube is healthy or not and if it is free and not blocked. You can do hysrerosalpingography to check your womb and tubes if the passage is free.

I believe you can still conceive and be successful. Having a previous ectopic pregnancy doesn't mean that you will have another ectopic one.
