How To Conduct A Cortisol Saliva Test On A Down Syndrome Patient?
I want to get a 24 hour cortisol saliva test from a 16 year old with Down Syndrome. Non cooperative and difficult to obtain that much saliva. Do you recommend another type of test - blood/urine or a saliva swab test? I believe that he has low cortisol and now Hashimoto s and it is imperative that we test the cortisol problem.
