Hi I am having a problem of some rash under my navel which normally turns into sores which is sometimes aggravated by metal belt heads but what worries me is on my penis sometimes a few itchy pimples/blisters also appear with a clear fluid in them which turn to sores also then dry out and disappear. So is this an STI or what?

Thank you for query. These may be due to infections like bacterial viral fungal or even STDs.it is not clear about sexual history. Keep genital area clean.use protectives like condom.consult doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
