How To Confirm A Hemorrhoid?

I have a small lesion or haemorrhoid that hurts when i touch it but not sure if it is a haemorrhoid. I do a lot of cycling and it could be the result of that so I was wondering is it best to put vaseline on it or I have Fucidin ointment in the house does that work better

Hello
As you are not sure whether it is lesion or bruise or hemorrhoid , so if it is lesion or bruise then vaseline or fucidine will work . But if it hemorrhoid then these ointment will not work . In that condition you must consult a primary care doctor and get his opinion ( for exact diagnosis ) as physical examination is important in this type of cases.
Good luck.
