General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

Since the incidence had occurred 03 days ago & you are not having any pain abdomen or Gastrointestinal disturbances, it is probable that either the copper strand has not entered your mouth or even if it has entered, it has passed out through stools.

However, if you are still concerned about it's presence inside your belly, you can confirm it with the help of Radiography.
X ray & Ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis will be helpful.
Copper being a Radio-opaque substance can be easily detected.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
