How To Confirm Pregnancy?

My LMP was on 7th August 15 and had unprotected sexual exposure on 16th Aug 15.This month I missed my periods but on the expected dates i had spotting for 3 days and also sometimes I have pink coloured secretions. Two days before I was detected positive for pregnancy test.I am using Mifty kit now, had the tab. Mifepristone yesterday.So is it safe for me or I needed to confirm my pregnancy further ? I am worried, pls tell what should be my next step ?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The description tells that you had unprotected intercourse during the fertile period. Hence it gives every chance for you to become pregnant.
Since you have been detected positive for pregnancy test along with missing of periods, it indicates that strongly that you could be pregnant.
Since you need to confirm about it and use abortion kit, it would be better to go for trans-vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) as it not only confirms pregnancy but also tells you how many weeks you are pregnant too.
Abortion kit containing medications like Mifepristone can be used within 12 weeks of pregnancy, under medical supervision.
