How To Confirm Pregnancy?
My wife s having pregnancy symptoms for the last 2 months. Her last period was in June 5, 2016 which was more like spotting for 2 days than normal period. We took 4 HPTs over the last month or so, last one being today, all turned out Negative. BHCG done 4 days back also negative. Could she be pregnant without HCG? will Ultrasound help?

Understand your concern
As pregnancy test and B HCG is negative, ultrasound does not help.
When BHCG level high (1100 mIU/L), yolk sac should be found in the USG scan.
But other causes like ovarian cyst and ectopic pregnancy should be rule by USG scan.
You should consult the gynecologist to rule out the cause.
Other investigations like reproductive hormone analysis, ovarian follicle study should be done.
If you have not menstruation since last 2 months then you have to consult the gynecologist to rule out the above cause.
