Hi i am eighteen years old, i weigh 56 kg and i have no recent medical history. i have taken levonelle four times in a cycle, and my periods are not coming, i took a pregnancy test a week ago and it was negative after me and my partner had sex and our condom ripped and i did not take a pill after that again

Do you have regular cycles? When was your last period?
There are two possibilities for your periods being delayed.
1. The levonelle that you have taken four times can itself cause delayed periods.
2. Was it during the fertile period the last time you had sex with your partner and did not use emergency contraception? IF SO THEN THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF PREGNANCY. Do pregnancy test after two weeks from the day of last unprotected sex. If it is negative consult your doctor and take progesterone tablets for withdrawal bleeding.
I have an advise for you. If you wish to avoid pregnancy in future, Use contraception like birth control pills or intrauterine contraceptive devise as they are more effective than emergency contraception in preventing pregnancy.
In addition please use barrier contraceptive methods to protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases
