How To Confirm Pregnancy?

I have irregular periods, but I've been having pregnancy symptoms for the past week and half now. However, I have also been having slight pain on the lower left of my abdomen during this week and a half. I've taken a few home pregnancy tests, but only one came up as slightly positive. Could I possibly be pregnant?

Hi and welcome to HCM

If you had unprotected sex during fertile period and your periods has not occurred then you are probably pregnant.

For your information: Some symptoms of pregnancy are
1.Spotting and Cramping
2.Breast changes are another very early sign of pregnancy. breasts may become swollen, sore, or tingly a week or two later.
3.Morning sickness is a famous symptom of pregnancy. But not every pregnant woman gets it.
4.Fatigue: Feeling very tired is normal in pregnancy, starting early on
5.Headaches and back pain. Many pregnant women report frequent mild headaches,
6.Frequent urination

Even a thin line in home pregnancy test my indicate pregnancy, Do one more urine pregnancy test after a week using early morning urine sample. If that is positive, visit obstetrician for further care.
