How To Confirm Termination Of Pregnancy?

Hi my husband and I are both on pregncare about 1month,I am not sure if I had a period or a miscarriage because I passed out some large pieces of cloth which is not normal for me and something came out of me that did really look like regular cloth.could it have really been a miscarriage.

Hello,
If you were pregnant and think you have had a miscarriage then see your doctor. They can do blood tests to confirm that the pregnancy has ended.
