How To Control SGOT, SGPT And Cholesterol Levels?

I have gone to regular checkup and found that my SGOT-68, SGPT-108 and Cholesterol-227 and other levels within limit. Doctor has prescribed Udiliv after dinner and Neksium 40 before breakfast for 2 months. Please tell me whether am I in the reight path. What kind of food I would take and the kind of exercise I would do to take the levels within normal?

You blood reports show that liver enzymes SGOT and SGPT are raised. The medication prescribed by your doctor is appropriate and it should be accompanied by cessation of alcohol too.
