How To Control TSH Level While Suffering From AFib?
I am 75 and have had an ablasion but am in permanent afib. I had my thyroid removed several years ago and my tsh is usually between 1 and 2. I am also taking metropolol and warfarin. Should I take less levothyroxin so my tsh would be higher? I understand that hyperthyroid affects afib. I am 5ft. 4 in. and weigh about 165.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cardiac condition (arrhythmia ) and it need to be managed accordingly although fibrillation need to be categorized with conduction defect, most of the time it does not cause any symptoms, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
