However, it can be due to:-
# a fall in Blood Pressure immediately on standing, which can be due to either a
heart disease, low blood volume (due to
dehydration), deposition of
cholesterol in the neck arteries (leading to their gross narrowing) causing reduced blood supply to the brain.
# Weakness of the heart; or, abnormality of heart rhythm (particularly, a transient low pulse rate).
Consult your doctor/Cardiologist and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
