Regarding your concern, I would explain that your anti-hypertensive therapy does not seem to be effective in controlling your blood pressure values.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician as soon as possible and discussing the possibility of increasing the doses or adding new anti-hypertensive drugs in order to help control your blood pressure values.
It is also important performing some blood lab tests in order to exclude any possible metabolic disorders (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes, thyroid hormone levels).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
Cardiologist
