Hi Dcotor... I had a folicular scan on day 10 and it says endometrium of size 9mm but no dominant follicles. i have PCOS. My doctor says that endometrium is already matured and follicles may not grow now. Can you please let me know what should be done to control this endometrium size?
Welcome to HCM. Proper dominant follicle is must to get conceive even at this stage of endometrium. You have to take proper hormonal management for follicle formation and favorable endometrium. Clomiphen citrate on initial days and progesterone after ovulation is required under guidance of your gynecologist.
