How To Control Extreme Anxiety To The Level Of Having Breathlessness And Gasping For Air?

I am a 50 year old women and the last two years I have been dealing with extreme anxiety. It comes and goes. Question is I get to where I feel like I can't breath and can't get enough air in my lung. Is this a normal system of anxity and how can I fell better & control this

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. The symptoms you are mentioning are normal for an acute anxiety disorder person. Understand it to get relief. Fear is objective. We fear something when we see it or experience it. Anxiety is subjective. We fear something which is non existent but we are apprehensive of it. Then every fear symptoms arise when we are anxious. Gasping is one of the symptoms.
