How To Control High Bp?
hi i am pregnant and i do have highblood pressure normally but now its extra high i have been put on a differnt medicine but its not helping its called labetalol1oo hcl 100mg im told to take 4 four times a day, and i am 18 weeks i am so tired of going to the er. every two weeks what should i do today my blood pressure was 168 over 108

No doubt LABETALOL is most potent drug as an anti hypertensive in pregnant cases but in your case it is not working and this is a dangerous particularly when your pregnancy is just 18 weeks and blood pressure is 168/108 mm of Hg.
This is a malignant B P because lower ( diastolic ) is very high.
When such patient visit I usually recommend them to get in EKG and a team of doctors like obstetrician , gynecologist and physician conduct anti natal care and successful pregnancy till delivery .
In this type of condition mother and fetus both are in dangerous situation.
