hello doctor im 27 years man. i got married 1 year before. before marriage i had sex with few girls. even After my marriage also i cant control my sex desire and i would like to have sex with each and every girlwithout the knowledge of my wife. so plz suggest me a gud tablet to reduce my sexual desire and erection.

Desire for sex is variable and it is normal to fantasize about having sex with anyone on earth . Thinking and fantasising is normal and free but sexual conduct is guided by social norms.
